Big V has just finished a short sharp 4-week cut in order to put him in a better place to build.

During these 4 weeks, he ate nothing but white fish, green beans and almonds.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I JOKE.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In fact, during those 4 weeks, he still drank alcohol, ate various meals out and enjoyed a burger or two.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
No different to what he was doing before except he just did it a little less and when he did it was accounted for.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s important to view a diet as a set period of time.
It doesn’t need to be “sustainable”. It needs to serve its purpose and get you to the place you want to be at.
