Body fat has been reduced and muscle tissue added.
Karl has a busy work life but has been able to prioritise when we could to still manage to work through varying phases of training. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
He has also added 15kg to his bench press, along with 10kg to his squats and deadlift. Which has also added considerably to his cycling output, strength and endurance.
