How has she done this? No magic pills, fads or starvation diets. Just consistent action over time. She is a busy working mum who’s time is precious. We worked together to first off embed some simple habits around Nutrition, Training & lifestyle. All the time educating her on Nutrition so we’re now in a good place to progress on to the next phase. Its not easy but Gem had clear goals and understanding of what was involved to get there. Its then my job to put the plans in place and provide full accountability throughout.
